Welcome to ABA Celtics Basketball.  Please register online, by mail or in person on Wednesday September 9th, 2015 at the North Woodside Community Centre, 7:00pm -8:30pm.  If you have friends who would like to play, you may give them a copy of this form.
 
To register online, go on our website, www.abaceltics.goalline.ca and follow the prompts. This is the preferred method of registration.
 
To register by mail, please do the following:

• Parent or guardian must sign the bottom of the form.
• Enclose a cheque for the registration fee of $325.00, payable to ABA Celtics.
• Small Ball registration fee is $175.00, payable to ABA Celtics.
• Enclose a post-dated (March 31, 2016)  cheque of $50.00 for the uniform deposit payable to ABA Celtics. We will cash this cheque if you don’t turn in your jersey and/or shorts. You do not need to provide the uniform deposit if you have purchased a jersey. Give this cheque to your coach at the first practice if you are registering online. Post-Dated cheque for uniform deposit is not required for Small Ball.
• Enclose a photocopy of your son/daughter’s birth certificate and health card, if we don’t have it on file. 
• Mail your completed registration package to ABA Celtics, Suite 145, 3 - 644 Portland Street, Dartmouth NS,  B2W 2M3

 
To register in person, please attend North Woodside Community Centre on Wednesday September 9th, 2015, between 7:00pm -8:30pm and hand me your registration package in person.
 

• The registration fee covers uniforms, balls, gym rental cost for one practice a week as well as league and playoff games for the season.
• Late registration fee (after September 15, 2015) is $350.00.
• Additional tournaments including Provincial Championships and second weekly gym practice time will require extra payment if the team wishes to participate. 
• The registration fee for children of coaches and assistant coaches is $175.00. Cheques shall be issued to coaches when teams selected, if not assigned upon registration.
• We cannot guarantee spaces for returning players who do not pre-register.
• Acceptance of registration is subject to availability of gyms, coaches and there being appropriate and/or sufficient registrations to field a team.
• The ABA Celtics Basketball Club at all times reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, revoke, discontinue or decline registrations or to return pro rated registration fees or to not accept registrations. 
• If you are interested in coaching or assisting in any way or helping with phone calls, etc., please advise by email.

The ABA Celtics Basketball Club at all times reserves the right to return pro rated registration fees and  to decline/terminate registration. Returning Players shall be given preference.
